Remote Sensing Applications

We are primarily interested in the application of data acquired from NASA-EOS instruments to large-scale biogeochemical system models. Our emphasis is in multi-spatial and temporal scale data models and applications to the analysis of land cover change. Our investigations have dealt with the use of high-resolution Landsat TM data in classifying small scale land cover changes, as well as space shuttle Pathfinder and AVHRR remotely sensed data.
